The number one thing I hear from clients right now is that they are burned out. Women, men, and everyone in between. 70% of people report feeling stressed. There are many reasons to feel this way (money, job, politics, etc) but the one thing we can do is set our intentions for 2025:
What’s in for me in 2025:
- Being relentless in what is important to me
- Daily reading
- Working out…..especially walking and lifting weights
- Connections…more phone calls, check-ins, lunches and dinners
- Deep work on myself……where am I and where do I want to go
- Journaling
- Mouth taping….breathing through your nose!
- Self-care in the form of a morning routine and nightly routine
- 10,000 daily steps with the dog
- Listening intently
- Self-love….way deeper than just self-care
- Intuition
- Knowing your worth
- Being kind
- Curiosity
What is out for me in 2025:
- Consuming….I don’t have cable, Netflix, Hulu etc
- Worrying about what people think of me or my ideas.
- Avoiding people who don’t ask questions/have a conversation
- Ignoring advice from people who haven’t yet done it
- Not vibing with people that always think they are right
- Prime
- Working for free
- Hiding
- Negativity
- Limitations
