Setting your intentions for 2025

The number one thing I hear from clients right now is that they are burned out.  Women, men, and everyone in between.  70% of people report feeling stressed.  There are many reasons to feel this way  (money, job, politics, etc) but the one thing we can do is set our intentions for 2025:

What’s in for me in 2025:

  • Being relentless in what is important to me
  • Daily reading
  • Working out…..especially walking and lifting weights
  • Connections…more phone calls, check-ins, lunches and dinners
  • Deep work on myself……where am I and where do I want to go
  • Journaling
  • Mouth taping….breathing through your nose!
  • Self-care in the form of a morning routine and nightly routine
  • 10,000 daily steps with the dog
  • Listening intently
  • Self-love….way deeper than just self-care
  • Intuition
  • Knowing your worth
  • Being kind
  • Curiosity

What is out for me in 2025:

  • Consuming….I don’t have cable, Netflix, Hulu etc
  • Worrying about what people think of me or my ideas.  
  • Avoiding people who don’t ask questions/have a conversation
  • Ignoring advice from people who haven’t yet done it
  • Not vibing with people that always think they are right
  • Prime
  • Working for free
  • Hiding
  • Negativity
  • Limitations
